Open enrollment workshops (Foundations, Intermediate: Operations, and Intermediate: Marketing) are $199 per person for a full day of hands-on training. A private Group Workshop for teams up to 15 people is a flat $2,000. One-on-one hourly support is $125/hr. For ongoing done-for-you AI operations and SEO, Claude, Working for You starts at $299/month (Essentials), $549/month (Growth), or $899/month (Full Ops — most popular).

Every month, I run Claude on your behalf and deliver finished work. Every tier includes the same combined Operations & SEO service: Google Business Profile posts, Google review outreach, social media updates, updates to how your pages appear in search, a monthly keyword check, business documents as needed (bids, estimates, proposals, intake forms, letters, policies), process docs for recurring team tasks, client communication templates, and one-off drafting. The tiers are about volume: Essentials (~3–4 hrs) for $299. Growth (~7–8 hrs) for $549. Full Ops (~14–15 hrs) for $899, with additional hours at $60/hr.

A traditional assistant or social media manager might take 10 hours to produce what I deliver in 5 — and at a fraction of the cost. You get consistent output every month, it’s written in your voice, and it’s done. The service covers both operations and SEO together — something a specialized hire can’t do.

Yes on both. Your tier can be adjusted at the start of any new month — just let me know and we’ll shift accordingly. There’s no long-term contract. If it’s not working for you, you can cancel anytime. That said, most clients find the first month is when they realize how much was sitting on their plate — and they stick around.
