I started Hey AI, Help! to put serious AI to work for the people who keep small businesses running, without making them learn one more tool.
Before Hey AI, Help!, I worked in state government, where I assisted the commissioner of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries with setting state prevailing wage rates. That work runs on detail: reading the data, getting the numbers right, and writing it down so it holds up.
It also taught me the construction industry and prevailing wage law from the inside, and it showed me how much of a working day disappears into documents, follow ups, and keeping a presence current. That is exactly the work AI is good at, when someone who cares about quality is operating it.
So that is what I do. I run AI for small businesses and the professionals who keep them moving. You get the finished work. You stay sounding like you. That is what Hey AI, Help! means by AI that means business.
