Before Hey AI, Help!, I ran a medical clinic. I did not just manage people, I lived inside the paperwork. Intake forms, insurance verification, scheduling, compliance logs, vendor orders. Some nights the patients went home before I did, because the day's paperwork was still sitting on my desk. I know what it feels like to drown in it, not from the outside, from the inside.
That is exactly the kind of work AI is good at now, and it has nothing to do with anything clinical.
Patients see the visit. They do not see the intake form that needs updating, the vendor order that is overdue, the staff policy that has not been touched since it was written, or the compliance documentation that has to stay current whether anyone reads it or not. Each piece is small. Together it is a second job that starts after the last patient leaves.
To be clear about where the line is: I do not run patient medical records or clinical decisions through AI, and I never would. That is not what this is. This is the administrative half of running a practice, the half that has nothing to do with a diagnosis and everything to do with keeping the office running.
At Hey AI, Help!, you do not touch the tools. You get finished paperwork, in your voice, from someone who has closed out a day of patients and then sat down to do the office work too. I am not guessing at what a medical office needs. I lived it.
I run the administrative side for medical and healthcare offices in the Salem, Oregon area, intake paperwork, scheduling documents, and your online presence included. Let's meet in person.
